Quick on the draw
UpAndOver had one of our regular matches at the weekend with a local club. Unbelievably we managed to draw! unbelievable because there were three height categories and four different standards. The re-match is in February, watch this space. My boys were good, keeping the side up for us.
After the match we drove down to Devon to pick up Karen's new puppy and I gave Sports Psychology seminar on Sunday.
It was a good day. A great bunch of people, all interesting and participated in the activities.
This one was a bit different to my usual seminars as I set some activities for the delegates to work on over the winter. I'm back in February to check progress and will be interested to see how they get on.
The new puppy is gorgeous. A tri-colour boy full of character. He has already settled in well, meeting our dogs and slept well on his first night; long may it continue.
