There's never a dull moment at the weekend

I thought we may have over-stretched ourselves last weekend. A meal with friends Friday night; each of us doing separate training days on Saturday;  a belated Xmas dinner with family on Saturday night and a sports psychology seminar on Sunday - phew.

Having a deep focus on agility coaching for a couple of days really sharpness my awareness of peoples skills and their potential. Everyone I worked with over the weekend brought their own unique personalities and traits which made it so enjoyable and fun.

I have a couple of evening seminars in the diary, apart from these, that is the end of the seminar season for us; the agility competition calendar now takes over. We've had some wonderful people on the seminars this year. They all help to develop and widen our understanding of the things that hold people back from doing their very best performances. To reflect our learning we tweak the seminars each time and we'll continue to do so for the seminars we'll run at the end of the season.

We have another fun packed weekend ahead too.

On Saturday it's the second and final junior selection day. 40 juniors will be trying out for a place on the team going to the Junior European Open in Slovakia. And then on Sunday its the second squad day for the adult squad.

It promises to be a great weekend.

BTW - Have you got your entries to the Performance Weekend in yet?
