And another one bites the dust

I make no apology for this blog not being as upbeat as usual. As I sat in the departure lounge at Southampton airport on Thursday I received an email saying the house we have been planning to purchase had failed the valuation. Gutted....again.

Looking on the positive side, I am a believer in fate.

I know what we're doing this weekend now.
