Ups and downs
I'm staying in York tonight, one of my favourite cities. Last time I was here it was flooded. This evening the sun is shining and the city is alive.
After a very challenging week, emotionally the toughest I can remember, a bit of sun in the city is welcome.
My best mate has been diagnosed with cancer, my dad has been in hospital for over week in a poor state which has been very difficult for my mum to deal with.
Today things are starting to change, although for my mate it's going to be a long road.
We've sold our house and found another, we now need to find some money!
They say moving house is another stressful thing to do. Given what else is going on, that is a stress relief!
