Computer says No :)

We had an eventful weekend which for once didn't go to plan.

To cut a long story short I had a heart scare in the early hours of Sunday morning while we were staying in a hotel. I was taken by ambulance to Liverpool Heart & Chest hospital which thankfully happens to be one of the best of its kind in the country.

I had an angiogram and spent the day under observation before being discharged that evening diagnosed with a healthy heart.

All in all it was a very scary experience for me and especially for Karen.

It made me realise what a fantastic health service we have and how dedicated these people are to their jobs. The whole experience put a lot of things in to perspective.

At one time while I was lying in the hospital I was thinking, "this is fantastic material for my next seminar", "extreme experience of getting out of your comfort zone"

One of the nurses I met happened to own five Akitas and happens to be at Crufts this year. I'll be going to find her and thank her for the care she gave me for sure.

For those people who were expecting me to give a seminar on Sunday, I'll be arranging as soon as we can find another date.
