When the going gets tough - I'm off!

This week is a busy one, quite a lot of travelling, (York, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth) even for me, some tough meetings, I actually enjoy these type of meetings, better than everyone sitting there nodding heads saying not a lot and an exciting day Thursday, more of that later and one of my favorite agility shows of the year at the weekend (Honiton) ... to top that, I feel a cold coming on grrrrrr....

Tough meetings are like tough agility courses, the more work that goes into the planning and executing, the more fun I get out of it ... and hopefully successes.

My Sports Psychology day at the end of Oct is nearly full. If anyone wants a place or knows someone that would benefit from coming along let me know.
