6 is the Magic Number

Visualisation is a very powerful tool in the sports psychology tool box. I use it often and this weekend it was all sharpened up and ready to visualise that top 3 place in G6 agility. Then I put it back and brought out the reality tool telling myself...

"Let's face it, I've got a stinking cold, stiff calf muscles ( I got cramp in both my legs one night last week), and no training all week, how could I expect to be on top form".although I should have visualised a win, we had a 3rd place in combined 6&7.

I was pleased to have video evidence in the G6 agility class where I got marked on the A frame down contact. This would be the fourth time this year I got marked and guess what, the judge was right.

We got home early, cleared out the caravan for the last time this year, washed the sheep poo off the car and straight up the field to work those contacts.

I'm trying a new tactic of loving G6...
