A Good Book
I've just finished reading Outliers. It was one of the most interesting books I've read.
If you've ever wondered how Billy Gates got so successful or what the secret ingredient is to make a top baseball player have a read of this book, it's fascinating.
There are a lot of references between sport and business, which attracted me to the book in the first place. The author goes to great lengths to explain the psychology and links behind them.
It was also amazing to read about how different societies and cultures interact in sport, business and socially. There were plenty of 'light bulb' moments for me some of which I'll include in my seminars.
