Of course me being me I don't do things by half, so not only did we have a 30 minute fitness session but I warmed up with some skipping exercises first, apparently I look like a Daddy long legs on Ecstasy. Then we went for our usual Tuesday night training session - legs ache today.
So that's it now a regular weekly fitness class in the agility field.
I bet the neighbours telescope will be dusted off and set up; how amusing watching us running, skipping, tripping over and generally doing very random exercises. All in the hope of finding 0.04 second from somewhere!
