A Lot of Talking and Listening

I've had a very educational day at the KC Sports Coaching Seminars. I presented on Sports Psychology, coaching and training plans, and enjoyed listening to the other three guest presenters.

I'm always interested to learn about other areas of coaching and this was an ideal opportunity. Shame not more people didn't turn up; that's their lose.
