This is turning out to be a tough week.

Early mornings, late nights, travelling, concentration demanding meetings and offering support to friends, family and colleques.

Vitria is Tibetian word roughly translated to 'having diamond teeth'. Meaning able crunch up everything good and bad to feed yourself and become re-energised.
